Cancellations

We accept order cancellations prior to the shipment or production of the item. In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a full refund. We are unable to cancel an order if the item has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of the item's delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To process a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer support team to ensure you send the package to the correct return address.

Notes

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return within the 14-day period.
If the return is due to the consumer's fault, the consumer is responsible for covering the shipping costs. The specific shipping fee will depend on the courier service you choose.

If the received item is damaged or defective due to our error, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping costs associated with the return.

No restocking fees are charged to consumers for returned items.


Refunds (if applicable)
