Shipping
All orders are shipped within 24–48 hours. The standard delivery time is 7 to 15 business days; however, you may receive your items much sooner. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package every step of the way! Packages may experience delays beyond our control—for instance, due to customs or postal service delays.
Shipping Method: Air freight delivery typically takes 7–15 days.
Shipping Fees: $5.00 USD for orders under $50.00 USD; $5.00 USD for orders over $50.00 USD.

Instructions: If a consumer initiates an order cancellation prior to the scheduled delivery date and within the cancellation timeframe specified on the website, the order may be cancelled.

If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The specific cost will depend on the courier service selected by you.
If the received items are damaged or do not meet specifications due to our error, the consumer is not required to bear the return shipping costs.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF THE ITEM IS RECEIVED IN A DAMAGED CONDITION. UNBOXING VIDEO EVIDENCE IS REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused—with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
